Project Leoninus 5.0
Project Leoninus 5.0 is a three-phase initiative organized by our Youth Development Avenue with the aim of supporting the overall development of undergraduates. The project mainly focuses on enhancing leadership abilities, professional skills, and personal growth.
Through this initiative, we try to provide students with practical exposure and meaningful experiences that help them face both academic and real-world challenges with confidence.
The first phase is a Career Development Program, which focuses on building careerrelated skills such as CV preparation, personal branding, interview techniques, and understanding industry expectations. This phase helps students to improve their employability and professional readiness.
The second phase is the CMA Youth Camp 2026, “Dare to Dream,” which mainly focuses on personal development. It helps students to improve communication skills, especially in English, while also developing leadership, teamwork, and selfconfidence. At the same time, it encourages values such as ethics and proper conduct through engaging and interactive activities.
The third phase is a Youth Camp conducted in collaboration with Youth Cooperation. This phase is more experience-based, where students engage in activities that develop teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Activities such as group challenges, rope activities, and hiking help participants to learn in an enjoyable and practical environment.
Overall, Project Leoninus 5.0 is designed to create a balanced platform where students can grow personally and professionally, while gaining the confidence and skills needed for their future.
